Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or eligible for a conditional license (6 credits each in math, science, English, and history).
• Degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid standard professional educator license in Elementary Education appropriate for the grade level.
• Knowledge of curriculum content, teaching strategies, and grade-level instructional materials.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to integrate multimedia and technology into lessons.
• Ability to establish strong relationships with students, staff, and families.
• Minimum 2 years experience teaching, currently working full time in education

Description of Position

As an Elementary School Teacher, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that align with established educational objectives. You will assess students' individual abilities and adapt instructional strategies to ensure effective learning. Job Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives.
• Assess and monitor student progress, maintaining accurate evaluation records.
• Modify teaching materials and techniques to meet individual student needs.
• Establish effective discipline and management procedures to foster a positive learning environment.
• Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress and expectations.
• Collaborate with resource staff and other educators to enhance learning opportunities.
• Integrate technology and multimedia to enrich instructional activities.
• Support and supervise paraprofessionals, volunteers, or extracurricular activities as assigned.

Salary Range

USD $59,000 - $80,000 annually
