Position Description

The science teacher will lead middle school science classes in Spanish. This role involves developing rigorous, inquiry-based lessons that promote deep understanding of scientific principles while nurturing critical thinking and problem-solving skills. You will design and implement assessments to gauge and support student learning, adapting lessons as necessary to meet diverse academic and social needs. As part of a collaborative STEM team, you will work with colleagues to integrate interdisciplinary learning and ensure alignment with state and national standards. Communication with families is also key, as you'll work to engage families in the educational process and leverage community resources to support students’ learning journeys.

Salary Range

$58,000 - $90,000 USD annually
