Description: Our organization partners with families across the United States to offer an enriching Au Pair experience. We focus on cultural exchange and personal development, providing young individuals the opportunity to immerse themselves in American life while enhancing their language skills and educational background. As an Au Pair, you'll live with a carefully selected host family, creating lifelong bonds and unforgettable memories. Our program emphasizes safety, support, and a genuine cultural exchange, ensuring a rewarding experience for both the Au Pair and the host family.

As an Au Pair in the United States, you will have the unique opportunity to live with a host family and care for their children while experiencing American culture firsthand. This program is designed to foster cultural exchange and personal growth. You will be responsible for various childcare duties, including meal preparation, transportation to activities, and engaging in educational and recreational activities with the children. Additionally, you will have the chance to attend classes and improve your English skills. This is a full-time, live-in position requiring a commitment of at least 12 months, with the possibility of extending for an additional 6, 9, or 12 months.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide childcare for up to 45 hours per week
• Prepare meals and snacks for the children
• Drive children to school, appointments, and activities
• Assist with homework and school projects
• Engage children in creative and educational activities
• Perform light housekeeping related to childcare
• Communicate regularly with host parents regarding children’s progress
• Participate in family activities and cultural exchange experiences

Salary Range

$215 USD per week
