Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in early childhood education
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
- Proficiency with classroom management apps like Brightwheel
- Ability to lift 35+ pounds and push a crib or stroller with 80-100 pounds
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Must pass a background check and reference verification

Position Description
As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for providing responsive and respectful care to children in your group, ensuring their emotional and physical needs are met. You will lead a team of educators to create a supportive and challenging learning environment, planning and implementing a curriculum that promotes growth and socialization. Your role includes assessing children's development, communicating progress to families, and maintaining detailed records using Brightwheel. You will engage in regular communication with parents and contribute to a collaborative and inclusive educational setting. Additionally, you will perform light custodial duties, meet ongoing education requirements, and provide feedback to apprentice educators. You may occasionally assume center leadership responsibilities in the administrators' absence.
